I called Sergio with Best Quality plumbing at 2 PM he asked for pictures of the piping / ball valve leaking. He gave me a fair price, was at my house on 20 min and fixed the issue using Brass Ball Valve. I am an engineer and can tell you his work was really good and his charge was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend him. After, the first experience I called Sergio again for replacement of our main line. His price was 10% lower than other two I had called. I had a plumbing engineer write the specifications and showed to to Sergio and his response “ no problem “. He and his crew dug one clean out 3’ deep, removed the turf 58.5’ away dug 8’ used the best commercially available piping and fitting and finished in less than 2 days. Checked the turf, and saw a few kinks, called Sergio and Carlis showed up on Labor Day, fixed it to perfection. I can’t ask for better job done professionally. Thank you Sergio and the team. I would certainly recommend youRead review on Google

Sewer Services For Your Home
A sewer backup does not automatically mean the pipe needs replacement. Buildup, roots, an offset, or a damaged section can create similar symptoms. We review the pattern and access; inspection can clarify visible conditions before a larger scope is recommended. When you call from San Fernando, tell us what’s affected and when you first noticed it.

Signs Of A Sewer Line Problem
Use the closest match to describe the pattern. A symptom is a starting point, not a diagnosis of the underground line.
Note How Often The Backup Returns.
Share when the problem happens, which fixtures are affected, and whether cleaning has helped temporarily. Recurrence can point to a condition beyond a single fixture.
Limit water use during an active backup and tell us about any prior inspection or repair.
Map The Affected Fixtures.
List which sinks, showers, or toilets changed together and whether using one affects another. That pattern can help distinguish a branch issue from a larger shared line concern.
Avoid repeatedly testing fixtures when wastewater is rising.
Share Where And When It Appears.
Note whether the odor is indoors or outdoors and whether it changes with water use. An odor alone cannot identify the source; the affected system needs assessment.
Keep people away from any sewage and call if wastewater is present.
Get A View Of Accessible Pipe Condition.
If a sewer repair or replacement is being considered, ask what evidence supports the scope. A camera can show visible conditions in an accessible line, though water or buildup may limit the view.
Share existing camera notes or repair history if available.

Sewer Services
Methods & Options.
A useful sewer recommendation connects the symptom to what can be observed in the accessible line.
Clear An Appropriate Obstruction
Cleaning may restore flow when the issue is removable buildup or blockage. It does not repair a cracked, offset, or otherwise damaged section of pipe.
Drain cleaning in San FernandoCamera Inspection
A camera can show accessible interior conditions such as visible roots, buildup, breaks, or offsets. Standing water and heavy debris can limit visibility, and inaccessible branches are outside the camera view.
Camera inspection in San FernandoDiscuss Targeted Repair Or Replacement
If inspection shows a defect, we explain the location, access needs, and repair options. Replacement is considered from the findings and scope, not from a backup alone.
Sewer service overviewA camera inspection shows what is visible in an accessible part of the line; it is not a guarantee about inaccessible piping or future performance.

Questions Answered.
Here are answers to common sewer services questions. If yours isn’t covered, call us and describe what’s happening in San Fernando.
Does A Sewer Backup Mean The Line Needs Replacement?
No. A removable blockage can cause a backup. The condition of the accessible line and any inspection findings help determine whether cleaning, repair, or replacement is appropriate.
Talk with our teamCan A Camera Show The Entire Sewer System?
It shows visible conditions along the accessible route. Standing water, buildup, access limits, or branches outside the route can restrict what is seen.
Talk with our teamShould We Keep Using Water During A Backup?
Stop using affected fixtures and call, especially if wastewater is returning. More water can add to the active backup.
