I was lucky to find Sergio because he understood my situation and agreed to come after 6pm on a weekend day! They came as scheduled and did a great job discovering and eliminating the issue. Besides fixing the water heater they also took care of another small issue I had with the water regulator and everything was at a reasonable price. Sergio showed up on time and spent more than two hours getting through the clog, which was deep in the wall and spread through a large portion of the pipe. He was courteous, kept me updated on the status of the job and committed to getting it done right. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of time he took. Called ten other neanderthals that presented themselves as incompetent and illiterate.Sergio came out within the hour of me calling them. They immediately dove into a malicious sixty year old clogged pipe that could have been dangerous if not treated as priority, which is exactly what they did. They dove right in and got the work done, not in the easy way, or even the correct way (which they did), but the way that seemed more suitable to my needs.
